Soluble Cutting Oil
Soluble Cutting Oil forms a Milky Emulsion when mixed with Water. These Oils are fortified with Rust Inhibitors to impart Anti-Rust, Anti-Corrosion Properties and a Biocide to prevent Bacterial and Fungus growths in the emulsion. These Oils have Excellent Cooling and Lubricating Properties, which give excellent Surface Finish and minimize tool wear. 5% of this Oil is sufficient to form an Emulsion. These Oils meets BIS - 1115 - 1986 specifications.

Neat Cutting Oils
Neat Cutting Oils are blended from refined base stocks containing fatty oils, Chlorinated compounds & sulphur, either active or non active type depending upon the type of Metal or cutting operation involved imparting extreme pressure and wetting properties to help reduce tool wear and improve the machinability. These Oils are used without any dilution.
Application
GRADE: Neat Cutting Oil
These Oils are recommended for cutting, grinding, milling, deep hole boring, drilling, gear shaving, gear hobbing, screw cutting etc.
Quenching Oils
Quenching Oils are blended from high viscosity index base stocks having good oxidation and thermal stability, good fluidity and low volatility. Some of these Oils are blended with special additives or selected polar compounds to meet specific requirements. These Oils are used for Quenching Operations on vide variety of steel parts such as nuts, bolts, ball bearing, speed tools etc. These Oils meet BIS - 2664 - 1980 specification for Quenching Oils.
Mar Quenching Oils are blended with highly refined high viscosity index base stocks having good oxidation and thermal stability. These Oils are suitable for quenching of finished components over a temperature range of 150° C and 200° C. This type of Quenching Oil provides structural hardness to components. These Oils meets BIS-4543-1977 specification for Quenching Oils.
Polymer Quenchant
Polymer Quenchant is a fluid with PAG polymer along with a wetting agent and corrosion inhibitors for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It works on inverse solubility principle. When any metal is quenched in a Poly-Quench solution the polymer forms a film on the surface of the hot metal. This film of polymer controls the cooling rate of the metal and helps to achieve the desired hardness.
Application
GRADE: Polymer Quenchant
The Solution of this product can be used for induction hardening and tank quenching.
Rolling Oil
Rolling Oils are blended from highly refined base stocks fortified with anti-wear, anti-rust, lubricity improver additives and an emulsifier. These Additives have excellent cooling ability and friction reducing characteristics to prolong roll life and to achieve better surface finish of steel sheets and also to reduce power consumption with increased production. These Oils are used in metal working industry for pressing, stamping, deep drawing, wire drawing, tube drawing and forging etc.
Application
GRADE: A, B- Grade A is recommended for cold rolling of alloy steel.
- Grade B is recommended for cold rolling of nickel- chromium steel and stainless Steel. These oils don’t leave any stains on the finished parts.
Aluminium Rolling Oil
Aluminium Rolling Mill Oil is a premium quality, low viscosity, and highly refined non-staining straight mineral oil possessing optimum viscosity characteristics specially developed for cold rolling of aluminum sheets, strips and foils. This Oil has non-staining and non-corrosive properties with good additive solubility for fats and alcohols which are added by aluminum manufacturers for production advantages. This Oil also has inherent oiliness properties to reduce friction, aid metal reduction without permitting slippage. This Oil is suitably fractioned to achieve a narrow boiling range. Its narrow boiling range and high B.P reduces the evaporation rate thereby bringing down the roll coolant consumption.

Cold rolling of aluminum sheets strips or foils.
